Who can access
Currently access is limited to contracts:
- With a single measuring life and a single payee
- Where the Payee has at least one future payment
- Where the Payee is not a minor, incompetent, or located outside of the United States
- Written on an annuity owned by the payee or BHGSS (Periodic Payment Reinsurance contracts are not yet included)
